Apple Painting. From my Intro to Photoshop class, in this project, I had to paint this image (below) of an apple. The purpose of this project was to teach me the basics of paint in Photoshop. In a previous assignment, I laid down base colors of the apple body, leaf, and stem. I also used the pen tool to mask and cut out the separate parts of the apple. Using multiple layers, I further painted the body of the apple and blended the colors together. For the stem, I used the Kyle's graphite charcoal pencil brush for the texture. The stem, I used the regular brush for the color. For the leaf veins, I used a pencil brush. In some areas, I also used the smudge tool for blending in areas. Lastly, I added in a background, and reflection. And added in my professional signature.
